Empowerment Scholarship Account
ESA
Arizona’s ESA program provides eligible families with state-funded education dollars that may be used for approved educational expenses, including private school tuition.

ESA eligibility is determined by the State of Arizona, not by TMP.
Institute for Better Education
IBE
IBE is an Arizona-certified School Tuition Organization that provides scholarships to eligible students attending participating Arizona private schools.
ACE Scholarships
ACE
ACE Scholarships provides need-based K–12 scholarships that help eligible families afford private school tuition.
Three Programs. Different Pathways.
Families should look at ESA, IBE, and ACE as different funding or scholarship pathways rather than assuming they can all be combined at the same time. Eligibility, award amounts, application requirements, and funding rules vary.
What Could My TMP Tuition Look Like?
